Peter Hart provides a full landlord gas safety inspection and certification service for landlords in Enfield and the surrounding areas.
Peter is an Enfield based GAS Safe Registered heating engineer and Vaillant Approved Boiler Installer. He is qualified to issue CPA analyser reports for gas appliances. High efficency boiler performance tests are carried out during the gas safety inspections and certification (CP12) process.
By law, under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, it's a landlord's responsibility to get a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) every twelve months. The landlord gas safety inspection and certification must be carried out by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer for all pipe work, gas appliances and flues installed at the landlord's property.
Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey, appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority for each area
By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.
